Return Center

Return policy for on-line purchases.

Denimist wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. Denimist will accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Merchandise must be returned with their original packaging and footwear must be tried on carpeted surfaces only. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in an unaltered condition. All original tickets must be attached and a copy of your invoice must be enclosed with your return.

Denimist reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above criteria. In such instances, Denimist will send the product(s) back at the customer’s expense.

Refunds will only be issued in the same form as payment and shipping costs are non-refundable.


Returns

Securely pack your merchandise with the packing slip, and place the prepaid return label on the outside of your package in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible).

Please start your return online. Click the button below and follow the prompts to generate your prepaid return shipping label. Please print the return label provided and ship per instructions.

Please note: 

International Returns: Denimist charges $20 USD return fee for all international returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping: Returns must be shipped using the prepaid label provided through our returns portal. Returns made outside of our returns portal cannot be processed and will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

Please allow 2–3 weeks from the date of return shipment for processing, and 1–2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

The refund will include only the amount paid for the returned item(s), after any discounts.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
