Once your order is received you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive this email, please email customerserivce@denimist.com.

Please contact an denimist customer service representative at customerserivce@denimist.com with your name, order number. We will issue you a refund when we confirm cancellation. Once orders ship we cannot cancel the order.

Denimist is happy to offer a one-time price adjustment on full-price items purchased within seven days of the item being placed on sale. Please be aware that the exact style, size and color must be available for purchase at the time of request. All approved sale price adjustments will be credited to the cardholder in the original form of payment within ten business days.

We are unable to offer a price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked-down.

We do not price match items placed on sale with another retailer or online store.

Denimist will accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Merchandise must be returned with their original packaging. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in an unaltered condition. All original tickets must be attached and a copy of your packing list must be enclosed with your return.

Denimist reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above criteria. In such instances, Denimist will send the product(s) back at the customer’s expense.

Refunds will only be issued in the same form as payment and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Yes, you are welcome to return any item not marked final sale you have purchased from our website.

Domestic/US
For U.S. returns, visit Denimist's return center accessible here. You may also access this via the Return Center link in the footer of our site on our homepage. Enter your order confirmation number and the email address associated with your order. You will be able to choose the items in your order you would like to return. Once you have noted the items you are returning, hit "Complete Return" and you will be provided a prepaid UPS label. You will be required to print and secure the UPS label to your return package to return your original items. You will receive a confirmation email when the item(s) have been received at our warehouse and another email once your return has been settled. Please note, web returns may not be made in our boutique. Denimist offers free return shipping for U.S. orders.

Please ensure to ship your returns back using the label we provide. Denimist cannot be held responsible for packages shipped back to us not utilizing the return label we issue at return creation.

International
To organize an international return, please visit our returns portal here. Provide your order ID and your email address to begin your return. Denimist offers international return shipping for a flat fee of $20.

Exchanges are valid for U.S. orders only. To exchange an item, please click here and follow the instructions to make an exchange.

When you drop off your package to be returned please take note of the tracking number for your records. Once the order has been received and processed at our warehouse please, allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed and a refund issued to your original form of payment.

Denimist does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

You will receive a tracking number when your package leaves our warehouse which will allow you to follow your package.
